A key goal of The Fuse is to raise up great leaders!! We believe that God has given each one of us gifts and talents, and it is up to us to develop and use those gifts and talents to the best of our abilities. So each Friday, we take sometime to train and develop you so that they are developing the gifts and talents they have been blessed with, and then provided with an opportunity to use them!!

The skills we want to develop in you are skills that will set you up well for life well beyond what happens within The Fuse. We cover a range of things that we believe are essential to mastering in order to live a successful life, such as leadership, personal skills, goal setting, planning, public speaking ……..
